SuperPass Network Cards
B&A Petroleum Ltd. SuperPass Network Cards are available upon application and credit approval. They provide ease of access to all of our locations and Petro Canada cardlocks across Canada.
Cards can be set up so you can purchase fuel at all Petro Canada retail stations and convenience stores.
Advantages of SuperPass Network Cards
In addition to being convenient to use, SuperPass Network Cards increase security and control by providing the ability to monitor and manage your cards and accounts efficiently.
Customers receive invoices that are separated by card numbers and include:

Statements are emailed or mailed monthly depending on customer preference. Customers have the ability to access their account information at any time.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW LONG AFTER SUBMITTING A CREDIT APPLICATION DOES IT TAKE TO ACTIVATE CARDLOCK CARDS?
Once Wholesale Network Marketer Cardlock Card applications have been screened, it takes 7-10 days for them to be ready for the customer.
CAN I SET MY CARD(S) UP TO RESTRICT USAGE OR INCLUDE SPECIFIC LIMITATIONS?
If cards are only used at the Petro-Pass locations, customers can specify daily, weekly, monthly or litre limits when applying for the cards. These limitations will apply at any Petro-Pass locations, but not non Petro-Pass marketer satellite locations. Unit numbers or odometer numbers can also be an option when setting up accounts. Customers can request unit numbers or specific names be put on specific cards.
WHAT TYPE OF SECURITY FEATURES PROTECT MY CARDS?
Cards can be limited to our sites, to prevent usage outside of our trading area. Customers can specify that cards be set up for specific products only. Every card has a unique 4-digit pin number to protect cardholders in the event of loss or theft. Pin numbers should be kept secure and not kept with the card.
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET REPLACEMENT CARDS?
Expired Wholesale Network Marketer Cardlock cards are automatically replaced. Replacement of lost cards can be requested from your local site or the Swift Current location.
WHERE CAN CARDS BE USED?
Depending on the initial set up, our Wholesale Network Marketer Cardlock cards can be restricted to B&A Petroleum Ltd. locations or used at any Petro-Pass location across Canada.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A NETWORK MARKETER CARDLOCK CARD AND A SUPERPASS CARD?
Wholesale Network Marketer Cards can be obtained from your local marketer and used within their territory and/or at Petro Pass locations across Canada, whereas, Super Pass cards must be obtained directly from Petro Canada and can be used at any Petro Canada SuperPass locations in Canada and in the USA by arrangement. They are strictly a commercial credit card to facilitate business accounts
